Moderator services, ensuring that our customers receive first-rate treatment.

  • Have our Day of Engagement Information available digitally
  • Reach the location by the stipulated setup time.
  • Provide and setup contracted equipment for that event
  • Neatly organize & prevent any hazardous situations
  • Meet with onsite representatives when they arrive at the venue.
  • Provide any necessary required support for successful set up
  • Demonstrate to representatives how to use your equipment
  • Confirm w/ onsite representatives their AV needs are successful
  • Pick up your equipment at successful end of the engagement
  • Stay on site for the first 15 minutes of the presentation
  • Obtain signed AV Addition form by the onsite Representative for any additional AV requested on site.

  • Our personnel must arrive on site at the scheduled time in order for us to not waive the setup cost and provide our clients a discount.

  • VVV will assist with instructions and training on different scenarios that may happen.
  • Many of our engagements are as simple as successfully setting up a projector and a screen and connecting to a laptop. Some times the screen is not duplicated. You are required to troubleshoot and resolve any issues as quickly as possible prior to start time.
  • VVV also requires that all of our associates have the knowledge to successfully navigate through settings on a laptop and iPads.
  • If any unseen issues arise contact VVV immediately to troubleshoot before the guests arrive.
  • Calling VVV will NOT damage your status. Intentionally waiting until after the engagement start time or not providing services ordered by the client by start time will.

Meet and Greet

Meet and Greet with our representative and presenter, equipped with a wireless slide advancer, projector, and screen.

The Right Equipment

Present using a screen, projector, wireless slide advancer, HDMI cable, multiplug (power strip), extension cord, and accessories during the setup period. If necessary, backup equipment and extra equipment in the event that your event has add-ons are requested.

Setting Up

Set up and test the equipment to make sure the client can use it. Welcome the client, teach them how the equipment operates, and connect their computer to the projector.

When To Leave

You are free to depart the location after the client is satisfied with the AV system and your service is finished. Around the time the conference ends, go back to pick up the equipment.

Before we get started….

Almost all of the meetings we provide for our clients include the usage of specific types of technology. This is a summary of the services a tech is expected to offer. Along with the things mentioned below on our page, we also ask that all of our techs bring any and all HDMI attachments, extension cords, and surge protectors. We are excited to collaborate with you and establish a strong business partnership.

3-4K Lumens Projector

Set up and test the equipment to make sure the client can use it. Welcome the client, teach them how the equipment operates, and connect their PC to a projector or television.

Powered Speaker & Wireless Handheld, Lavaliere MIcrophone

Present a single powered speaker, lavalier microphone, multiplug (power strip), extension cord, and accessories during the setup period. In the event that your event needs add-ons, backup and extra equipment are necessary.

Laptops with PowerPoint & Zoom Installed

VVV provides laptops with zoom and PowerPoint installed for each event we support. Please download PowerPoint and Zoom, and test your software and keep them updated with newer versions. Also we provide all HDMI attachments to ensure connectivity to the projector or Flat Screen TV.

The remuneration is increased by extra or combined equipment or services.

It’s possible that our clients will ask for more equipment. It is not necessary for suppliers to possess every kind of equipment. Based on the inventories of our suppliers, we assign engagements to them. Even if all you have is audio equipment, you can still become a provider on the VVV Network.
